High Holiday Child Care and Youth Program

Please note that the Child Care (ages 18 months to 6 years) and Youth Program (ages 7-12) forms need to be submitted separately.
Registration is due by Sunday, September 10 or until we reach capacity. Space is limited; once capacity is reached, the form will be closed.

Child care program (Ages 18 months - 6 y/o)

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

For children ages 18 months to 6 years old | Held in the Preschool Youth Wing
Rosh Hashanah Day 1 & 2 | 9:00am - 2:00pm ($45 per day)
Yom Kippur (Main) | 8:30am-3:30pm ($63)
Yom Kippur (Neilah) | 4:30-8:30pm ($36) - limited availability!

Please read these important notes BEFORE registering.

Children with any symptoms of illness may not attend.
Please send clearly labeled bottles, diapers, wipes, and anything else your child will need.
Children must be dropped off and picked up by a parent or designated adult who will remain on the premises.
Please send in a nut-free dairy or parve lunch; snacks will be provided.
Your payment is your reservation by Sunday, September 10 (or when we reach capacity). Due to the hiring of staff and supplies needed prior to the program, we are unable to offer refunds.

Space is limited; once we reach capacity registration will close. We regret that we are unable to accommodate drop-ins.
