Returns and Refund Policy

Congregation Beth Jacob is a service-based non-profit organization which accepts donations, contributions, tuition fees, dues remittance, and payments for classes and programs offered.

Any donation, contribution, fee, remittance or payment made is non-refundable once services have been rendered.  If you do not recognize a charge for a donation made to Congregation Beth Jacob, please call our office at 404-633-0551 and we will handle your refund request within 30 business days.

If the service, program, class or other offering associated with one’s donation, contribution, fee, remittance or payment, has not yet been rendered, a request for credit to one’s synagogue account may be made in writing to:

This policy applies to web-based transactions only.  Membership payment and Beth Jacob Preschool Tuition Policies govern all transactions.
