      Location: Heritage Hall

      There will be a Siyum celebrating the completion of the Tanach Program. A delicious dairy lunch will be served and there will be a special program during lunch as well as the final Tanach class (summary and final thoughts) after lunch. The lunch is open to both Tanach and non-Tanach class participants. Babysitting will be available.

      Grilled Salmon Filets
      Vegetable-Cheese Lasagna

      This Yom Yerushalayim, relive the War that redefined the Middle East. In this classic documentary, the guiding Hand of G-d is undeniable as powerful events and people converge during a miraculous Six Days in June 1967. Trace the events leading up to war, from Nasser and Hussein to Eshkol and Dayan. Although the fighting lasted for only six days, the effects of the War are still apparent today.

      Beth Jacob is co-sponsoring a parenting workshop entitled Hanging on for the Ride: Parenting During the Pre-Teen and Teen Years with Licensed Clinical Psychologist Dr. Jerry Lob.

      Topics include: Conflict Resolution, Acceptance of Authority, Effective Communication, Interpreting Aggressive Behavior, End of School Year Malaise.

      • Open to all parents of children 10 and older.
